The And Thereafter soundtrack celebrates the sonic experience from the immersive installation at Al Koot Fort in Souq Waqif. The original project contributes to a collaboration led by Hadeer Omar for the Qatar Museum Tasweer Photo Festival 2023. Soundtrack by Michael Hersrud and Simone Muscolino produced by Sonic Jeel. Installation visuals and mapping by Hadeer Omar. Lighting by Katia Kolovea. And Thereafter is curated by Maryam Hassan Al-Thani. This initiative is part of the larger Contemporary Heritage project in Qatar where sites of cultural importance are activated by select artists.
